Knox County –
On Wednesday, 11-09-2022, at approximately 11:17 AM, officers responded to the Good Samaritan Hospital in reference to a two-year old that had suffered a gunshot wound and the two-year old was later pronounced deceased. An autopsy was conducted by the Knox County Coroner’s Office on Thursday, November 10th. This is still an active investigation and there will be no further information available at this time.
