RTC Communications announced yesterday that due to growth and expansion, the company will open a second office on Main Street in downtown Washington. RTC has purchased the building at 311 East Main Street next to the new Washington Commons project coming soon, and the remodel is underway now. The CEO of the company, Kirk Lehman, says they are excited to be a part of the downtown revitalization in Washington, and the new office space will allow them additional space to service current and future customers as the growth continues. In the last five years, RTC has nearly doubled its workforce and service area, investing over $30 million in internet improvements in the four-county area. RTC plans to be in the second office by early next year. The main office will remain open in Montgomery, where it has been since the mid-1950s.
