The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the closure of State Road 450 near Dover Hill for a bridge reconstruction project. Starting from Monday, April 3, the closure will allow crews to remove the current bridge and construct a new one at an elevated height. The closure is expected to last until the beginning of October, depending on the weather. The official detour for this project is US 150 to US 50 to State Road 158, while local traffic will have access up to the closure point.
