Northern Knox County communities in Indiana are set to receive $300,000 in funding for improvement projects, thanks to TIF revenues from the Knox County Redevelopment Corporation. New projects will be made possible by this funding, such as upgrading the ball field in Edwardsport and providing new rescue equipment for firefighters, among other projects. Knox County Commissioner Kellie Streeter said that this investment is a significant boost for small-town communities. Most of the work is set to begin later this year.
