Two Arrested in Narcotics Investigation on W Main St. in Washington

Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a narcotics investigation on W. Main St. in Washington. 42-year-old Michael P. Moore was stopped by the WPD and found to be in possession of approximately 7.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine. A search warrant was also executed on an apartment on W. Main St., where officers discovered additional methamphetamine, prescription pills, syringes, paraphernalia, and items related to narcotics distribution. As a result, Moore has been charged with Dealing methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of a Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia, while 23-year-old Claudia L. Hopkins has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
