Bicknell, Indiana, is set to start construction on the Bicknell Heritage Park. The park will include a formal area to recognize military service members in the history of Bicknell. The park will be built around existing railroad signs, the wheel marker, and the Bicknell bulldog monuments. In addition, a third, 20-foot-tall railroad sign and a POW-MIA chair will be added. The park will also feature a flag court and relocate the World War II monument located on Main Street. The new addition will be built at the front of Northside Park on State Road 67.
