The Indiana Department of Transportation will close a section of U.S. 231 in Huntingburg on June 10. The closure, between Oak Street and 4th Avenue, is required for a box structure installation under the road. The project is expected to take three days, weather permitting. The designated detour is I-64 to State Road 161 to State Road 64. Local traffic will have access up to the closure point.
