Washington Community Schools is thrilled to extend Kids at Hope to all their elementary schools. They are inviting community leaders to participate in creating a “Tunnel of Hope” for students. On various dates in August 2023, students will walk through the “Tunnel of Hope,” and see the support from the community. Participants can make some noise, clap, and cheer, demonstrating the community’s belief in the students’ potential. Here are the dates for the “Tunnel of Hope” events:
August 4, 2023, 9:00 am – Washington Intermediate
August 4, 2023, 10:30 am – Washington Upper Elementary
August 7, 2023, 9:00 am – Washington Veale Elementary
August 14, 2023, 8:30 am – Washington Primary
