Search Begins for New Executive Director as Denny Spinner Resigns from Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs

The search is on for a new Executive Director for the state’s Office of Community and Rural Affairs.

Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch announced that Denny Spinner has resigned from the post effective this Friday.

Spinner is a former mayor of Huntingburg and has served as the director for the past three years.

Spinner had taken a new position with the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement.

A search is underway immediately for Spinner’s replacement.
