Linton Stockton Schools will have a new superintendent leading the way starting this summer. The school board unanimously approved Tim Grove to take the post after accepting the retirement of Kathy Goad.  Grove has been serving as principal at North Knox High School, and prior to that, he was the superintendent at South Knox. He will officially take over on June 30th. Also at last night’s meeting, the board hired a new girls varsity basketball coach. Garrett Vandeventer has served as the JV coach for the past 10 years and will lead the program next season, replacing former coach Jared Rehmel, who stepped down from the position following last season.
