Memorial Hospital is offering a free event titled “Navigating the Grocery Store With Ease” in Loogootee. The event, in partnership with Purdue Extension, will be held on Thursday, May 16, from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. at the Martin County 4-H Fairgrounds Community Building. Kendra Allen, a clinical registered dietitian at Memorial Hospital, will present tips on eating healthier on a budget. The event will include light snacks and is open to the public. Pre-registration is required by Monday, May 13.
