The Jasper Municipal Water Department has issued a boil advisory due to a water main break, affecting E. 13th St. from Vine St. to Main St. and the Jasper Lofts Apartments. This is the only area affected. Residents in the affected area are advised to boil their water for 5 minutes before consumption by humans and pets. The water is safe for bathing.
