It’s that time of year where things begin to warm up, including thefts. This week, the Washington Police Department 3rd shift received reports regarding a group of individuals in hoodies in the area of E Walnut and NE 11th St. Officers reported locating multiple vehicles with their drivers’ doors open throughout the area.
