
Authorities are investigating a burglary that occurred early Thursday morning at the Odon Pharmacy on West Main Street. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office responded around 5:54 a.m. after an alarm alerted dispatchers to interior motion and a broken front door. Officers arrived shortly after and cleared the building, confirming a break-in. Crime scene investigators were requested, and the case was reclassified from an alarm to an active burglary. Surveillance footage from nearby businesses showed multiple suspicious vehicles in the area around 5:15 a.m., including a white Ford Escape and a red or maroon SUV. Officers are working to gather more video evidence from neighboring properties. The investigation is ongoing.
