Annette Marie Potts, 65, of Loogootee, Indiana, passed away on May 29, 2025 at Jasper Memorial Hospital. Born on January 28, 1960, she was the beloved daughter of Cletus and Lois (McCracken) Dyer.
She married Gary Potts on September 14, 1985, and he proceeded her in death. A member of Loogootee Methodist Church, Annette enjoyed many family activities: bowling, camping, bingo, Yahtzee, avid reading, and puzzle books.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; her parents, Cletus and Lois Dyer. Annette is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Valerie R. Hughes and Natalie M. Taylor, both of Loogootee, Indiana; 2 sisters: Karen McAtee of Washington, Indiana and Cynthia Smith of Montgomery, Indiana; 7 grandchildren: Bailey Davis, Tyanna Graber, Jacob Graber, Chase Wildman, Sarah Graber, Lilian Miller, and Aisa Hughes; 1 great-granddaughter, Lainey Davis; 2 nephews and 1 niece.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Blake & Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, Indiana, with the funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm. Pastor Cindy Lagle to officiate. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Alfordsville immediately following.
