Luis Torres, 65, of Washington, was arrested on three counts of Child Molesting, two counts of Display of Matter Harmful to Minors, and one count of Child Molesting Where Defendant is at least 21 years of age. Bond was set at $500,000.
Carlos Previl, 35, of Washington, was arrested on a count of Public Intoxication. No bond was set.
