The Martin County Alliance has received funding from the Martin County Community Foundation’s 2nd Quarter Grant Cycle to support its Community Roots Project: renovations to the Loogootee Senior Center. The project is a joint effort with the City of Loogootee and the Martin County Council on Aging to revitalize the center, aiming to create a more welcoming, accessible, and engaging space for local seniors. The upgrades will also allow for expanded programming. The Alliance expressed gratitude to the Foundation for its ongoing support of nonprofits and community improvement efforts across the county.
