Authorities have identified the woman killed in a shooting that took place Thursday afternoon in the Kroger South parking lot in Vigo County. Amanda Dubois, 38, of Vigo County, was pronounced dead at the scene. A second individual, 33-year-old Dustin Tubbs, also of Vigo County, was critically injured. No updates have been provided on Tubbs’ condition as the investigation continues. It was reported that a juvenile female was also inside the vehicle when this incident occurred, but did not sustain any injuries. Officials say more information will be released as it becomes available. Thoughts are with the families affected by this tragic incident.
