The Patoka Lake Watershed Committee hosted a successful tour of the Patoka Lake Water Treatment Plant on June 17. Led by Water Plant Superintendent Adam Scherle, the tour showcased the plant’s operations and clean water efforts serving nearly 100,000 residents across 11 counties. The event concluded with a presentation at the Patoka Lake Dam by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Manager Steven Rector. The tour highlighted ongoing collaboration to protect and educate about regional water resources.
