Jasper Holdings, Inc., parent company of Jasper Engines and Transmissions, has acquired Jenkins Holdings Inc., a top residential plumbing contractor serving the Southeast. Headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, Jenkins Plumbing has a strong presence across several states, including Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Founded over 30 years ago, Jenkins specializes in plumbing for single-family homes and will continue operations under President Britt Jenkins. The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Jasper Holdings beyond the automotive and trucking aftermarket into the homebuilding sector. Jasper Holdings, a 100% employee-owned company based in Jasper, says the deal strengthens its diversification strategy and supports growth in the Southeast’s growing housing market.
