Brotherhood Charities has received a $3,500 grant from Our Community Foundation to support the upcoming 20th Century Chevy Annual Carfest and Cruise-In. The grant was made possible through the TrueScripts Foundation Fund, a donor-advised fund held by the foundation. The 47th annual Carfest will take place September 20–21 at Eastside Park in Washington, with 400 to 600 vehicles expected. Organizers say the grant will help fund entertainment for Saturday night’s events following the Cruise-In, which draws thousands of visitors and supports the charity’s year-round programs.
