Indiana State Police Superintendent Anthony Scott has promoted Sgt. Bill Gadberry to the rank of lieutenant, appointing him as the new District Commander at the Evansville Post. A Freelandville native and North Knox High School graduate, Gadberry joined ISP in 2000 and has spent most of his career in the Evansville District, primarily patrolling Pike County. He was promoted to sergeant in 2012.
