Vincennes University has appointed Adam Watkins as the new assistant vice president and dean of its Jasper campus. His first day is August 4. VU President Dr. Chuck Johnson praised Watkins as a standout choice, citing his strong leadership and commitment to student success. Watkins previously served as dean of Arts and Communication at Lincoln Land Community College and has held teaching and administrative roles at several Midwest institutions. Watkins, named Missouri’s Community College Professor of the Year in 2017, says he looks forward to building on VU Jasper’s strong foundation and strengthening partnerships with students, faculty, and the community.
