Vincennes University is teaming up with Marian University to help transform Indianapolis’ Near Northwest Area into the new Riverside Education Innovation District. The project will redevelop the former Larue Carter campus into a hub for literacy, early childhood education, and workforce training. VU will establish a career and technical education center offering more than 10 programs for high school students, including automotive, welding, cybersecurity, and law enforcement. Programming is expected to begin in fall 2027.
