The White River Valley Antique Show is back for its 41st year at the Daviess County Fairgrounds in Elnora, running Wednesday, Sept. 3 through Saturday, Sept. 6. The popular event features hundreds of antique tractors, cars, trucks, gas engines, and live demonstrations including sawmilling, blacksmithing, threshing, baling, cider-making, and more. Visitors can also enjoy quilt displays, toy vendors, a large flea market, and plenty of food, including ham and beans, apple butter, homemade root beer, and hand-dipped candles. Daily activities include parades, music, tractor pulls, kids’ events, and church services. Gates are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is $10 per person, with children 14 and under free. Organizers encourage families to bring lawn chairs and make a day of it. For details and a full schedule, visit wrvaa.org.
