The project aims to create an improved transportation link between State Road 66 near the Natcher Bridge and I-69, boosting safety, mobility, and regional economic growth. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 following completion of Tier 2 studies, which are focused on refining design, environmental impacts, and roadway alignment in Dubois County.
