First Lady Beth Ann Riley, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and spiritual mother, entered into the presence of the Lord on September 5, 2025. Born on May 13, 1964, in Evansville, IN, she brought the love of God and the light of Christ into the lives of everyone she encountered.

As a born-again apostolic Christian, Beth was baptized in Jesus’ name and filled with the Holy Ghost, and her life mirrored what the Scripture teaches about a Proverbs 31 woman. (Proverbs 31:10-31)

Beth served faithfully as the First Lady of Victory Community Church and the Executive Director for the House of Victory; her contributions were truly immeasurable, touching the hearts of everyone who knew her in ways too vast to articulate in words. Her life was a written living epistle and a testament to her unwavering faith and commitment to her family and community.

Together for almost 23 years, she married her beloved husband, Apostle Bj Riley, on October 13, 2007, and they built a life filled with joy, purpose, and the power of God.

She nurtured her family with the same dedication, supporting and loving her children, Jeff, Bethany (Justin), Tabi (Levon), and Austin (Stevi), in ways that only a mother can. She loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother, cherishing every moment with Hunter (Olivia), Abi, Brayden and Collin, Baylen, and Grayson. She loved Jackson, Ava, and Gianna and always looked forward to spending time with them. Her love extended to her sisters, Mickey and Bonnie, her niece Heather, and every other family member she had.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Arlene “White” Davis, her son, Jeff Davis, her brother, Steve Davis, and her first husband, Larry Beasley.

Beth loved her family, and she loved to travel with her husband; whether on a mission trip to preach the gospel or one of the many exotic vacations he planned for her — she particularly loved Hawaii and Greece. Beth was also a Master Gardener, and she loved chickens.

She was furthering her education through Victory Bible Institute, a satellite location of the Apostolic Bible College, and was scheduled to graduate next month with her Associate’s degree. She will now receive her Degree posthumously, a symbol of her lifelong love for learning and passion for truth and spiritual growth.

Beth’s life was filled with love—from the care she lavished upon her family and spiritual children around the world, all the way to her chickens in the backyard. Her legacy will never be forgotten; it will continue to bloom in the hearts of everyone she poured into around the world. The life of Beth Riley serves as an inspiring reminder of the power of faith in Jesus, the importance of community, and the enduring nature of God’s love. Her memory will be treasured and kept alive in the body of Christ until His return.

We bid farewell to a woman of immense strength, generosity, and spirit, secure in the knowledge that she is now with the One she so faithfully served, and her light will continue to shine in the legacy she leaves behind.

There will be a public visitation on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Victory Community Church, 6001 E Old Hwy 50, Vincennes, IN.
