The new Washington VFW Canteen at 409 E Main, next to the Indiana Theater, will be opening this Saturday at noon. A couple of events have been planned. On Tuesday, October 21st, 6pm – 8pm, Musical Bingo! Free to play with prizes, it will be guest night, so all are welcome to play along. On November 11th, after the Veterans Day service, a free meal will be served. The club is planning an official grand opening celebration for next month. The new facility will be smoke-free. Come out and support the new club canteen in Washington.
