Carlos Jomar Rivera Del Valle, 34, of Washington, was arrested on two counts of Child Molesting, and two counts of Incest. No bond was set.
Charlie Rainey, 33, of Laplace, Louisiana, was arrested on counts of Possession of Marijuana and Operating without ever receiving a license. Bond was set at $5,000.
