Businesses and nonprofit groups are invited to a free, practical hands-on marketing Roundtable with the Daviess County EDC at noon. Guest speakers include Brandy Weiland with Discover Downtown who will discuss creating effective social media ads and using Canva for your graphic design. Amber Warden with Daviess County Tourism will walk you through how to advertise your event on the Daviess County Community Events Page and how easy it is to spread the word about your upcoming event. And DeWayne Shake will talk about how to utilize radio and digital advertising to maximize your dollars effectively and help increase your customer base. The event is free and open to all, and lunch will be provided. Thursday at noon at the Daviess County Economic Development Office at 201 East Main Street Suite 202 in downtown Washington.
