The Southwest Indiana Development Council (SWIDC) has entered a new partnership with Ginovus, an Indiana-based site selection firm, to strengthen the region’s business attraction efforts and refine its workforce story. As part of the collaboration, Ginovus will conduct an in-depth review of regional marketing strategies and provide guidance on best practices for working with site selectors to secure new investment and job-creation projects. SWIDC represents a ten-county area—Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Harrison, Knox, Martin, Orange, Perry, Pike, and Spencer—focused on advancing industries such as manufacturing, defense, agribusiness, energy, mining, and distribution.
