Dubois County Clerk Amy Kippenbrock has officially filed to run in the Republican Primary for a seat in the Indiana General Assembly. Kippenbrock has served as Dubois County Clerk since 2018, where she has focused on modernizing county operations, strengthening election security, and improving customer service. She was named Indiana’s “Clerk of the Year” in both 2020 and 2024. A lifelong Hoosier, Kippenbrock says her campaign will focus on fiscal responsibility, election integrity, supporting small businesses, and ensuring state government remains responsive to local communities. She announced her candidacy following news that State Representative Shane Lindauer will not seek re-election. The Republican Primary Election will be held May 5, 2026.
