11 Arrested in Dubois County Drug Investigation “Operation Snow White”

A months-long drug investigation in Dubois County has resulted in the arrest of 11 individuals on various drug dealing charges. Dubois County Prosecutor Beth Schroeder says the arrests were carried out March 3 during “Operation Snow White,” a coordinated effort involving the Jasper Police Department, Dubois County Sheriff’s Office, Huntingburg Police Department, and Indiana State Police. Arrest warrants were served in several Indiana counties as well as Owensboro, Kentucky.

Those charged include:

Andrew D. Benales, 22, Paoli – Dealing in Cocaine (Level 2 felony), Dealing in Cocaine (Level 4 felony), and Dealing in a Schedule IV Controlled Substance (Class A misdemeanor).

Avery B. Northerner, 37, Tell City – Two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 3 felonies).

Bobbie J. Nadeau, 42, French Lick – Two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 felonies).

Bryor L. Shipman, 24, French Lick – Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 felony).

Kaylin M. McKinney, 26, French Lick – Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 felony).

Darrel R. Harris Jr., 35, Huntingburg – Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 3 felony).

Juan Carlos Sanchez, 22, Jasper – Dealing in Marijuana (Level 6 felony).

Saul Jesus Reyes, 21, Jasper – Dealing in Cocaine (Level 2 felony) and Dealing in Marijuana (Level 6 felony).

Jefferey R. Sandage, 53, Tell City – Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 4 felony).

Shannon R. Simmons, 54, Cannelton – Two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 4 felonies).

Zachary W. Hill, 47, Dale – Two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 4 felonies).

Several suspects are currently being held at the Dubois County Security Center, while others are being held in neighboring counties or Kentucky pending transfer to Dubois County. Authorities say additional drugs and a firearm were also recovered during some of the arrests. Prosecutor Schroeder says disrupting the distribution of illegal narcotics remains a top priority for law enforcement in Dubois County. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
