
Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 69 near the 83 mile marker near Odon. According to dispatch logs, the call came in around 2:27 p.m. reporting a BMW that had hydroplaned, overturned, and was smoking. Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including Daviess County deputies, Indiana State Police, area fire departments, and ambulance personnel. Authorities reported the driver was able to exit the vehicle and was not injured, just shaken up. Indiana State Police took over the investigation, and deputies later cleared the scene while traffic control continued.
