The Knox County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating next of kin for a Vincennes woman who recently passed away. Officials say 79-year-old Diana Jody Carson died of natural causes on Monday, March 24 while under hospice care at a nursing facility in Vincennes. Her last known address was on East Sycamore Street. Authorities have contacted Carson’s designated power of attorney and known friends, but have been unable to identify or reach any legal next of kin. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Knox County Coroner’s Office so that final arrangements can be made.
