An exciting new website is in the works to benefit all of Knox County’s local businesses. The Shop Knox Count website will be live by the end of this week. This site will be beneficial for all local businesses, and it will help with your holiday shopping. Residents will be able to use the website to purchase gift cards for any participating Knox County business. The Knox Chamber is working to add more businesses daily, and there will be a “buy one, get one” deal to kickstart the website, meaning if you buy a $100 gift card as a gift, then you will get one yourself. Several Knox County organizations, including the Visitor’s Bureau and Knox County Economic Development, are pitching in to help with the BOGO promotion. The Vincennes City Council is also contributing fifty thousand dollars toward the program.
