After reviewing all election material and absentee ballots, the Recount Commission in Knox County has confirmed the results of the Vincennes City Council District 2 election in November.
Councilman Ed Gornall won re-election by four votes.
Reports say the Recount Commission’s efforts found the same exact vote totals as those reported on Election Night.
