A Tell City man has been arrested on multiple felony charges related to child exploitation and possession of child pornography after a months-long investigation triggered by a cyber tip. Indiana State Police say the investigation began in January 2025 when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported a possible account used to store child sexual abuse material. After obtaining a search warrant, the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force searched a residence on Bradford Drive in April. The investigation led to the arrest of 33-year-old Derek S. Voges on June 23. He faces five counts of child exploitation (Level 4 felonies) and seven counts of possession of child pornography (Level 5 felonies).
