Laura Marie Rednour Sanders

Laura Marie Rednour Sanders 39, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, graced this world with her love and laughter from her birth on October 11, 1985, in Beech Grove, Indiana, until her peaceful passing on July 25, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Known for her generous spirit and unwavering faith, Laura’s presence was a cornerstone in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

 

On July 18, 2009, in Sandborn, Indiana, Laura joyfully married the love of her life, Eric Sanders. Their union was blessed with two beautiful children who were the light of her life: Braylen Ellis and MaKyla Lorene Sanders, both of Vincennes. She lovingly safeguarded and nurtured her family, creating a home filled with happiness, warmth, and cherished memories.

 

Laura was the heart and joy of her mother, Mandy Louise Roberts of Freelandville, and she held a special bond with her paternal grandmother, Nancy Rednour. Laura’s close-knit family extended to her brother-in-law, Chris Sanders, and his wife Lori and their three children Joel, Carson, and Avery of Vincennes. Another brother-in-law Tyler and his wife Kristi and their two children Emma and Owen of Bicknell, and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Sanders of Bicknell. Her radiant essence is forever imprinted in their hearts.

 

Although Laura was preceded in death by her father, William Earl Rednour, her paternal grandfather, Sherman Earl Rednour, her maternal grandparents, Fred and Elouise Stamper Roberts, and her father-in-law, Oscar Sanders, the love and values they instilled in her lived on through her actions and the way she led her life.

 

Laura distinguished herself academically and professionally, earning a Bachelor’s Degree and excelling as a sales engineer at Excell U.S.A. Her brilliance and work ethic shone through in all of her endeavors, earning her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

 

Beyond her professional success, Laura’s passions were many and varied. She was a dedicated member of the Vincennes First Baptist Church, where she deepened her spiritual walk and formed a community that became an extension of her family. Laura treasured spending time with her family above all, finding joy in the simple moments and the quiet beauty of shared experiences. Her involvement in crafting revealed her artistic side, allowing her to express her creativity and attention to detail. Laura also took pleasure in working in the yard, where she connected with nature and found tranquility tending to the living tapestry of her garden.

 

Laura’s legacy of kindness, faith, dedication, and love for her family will live on through the many lives she touched. Her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her, and her spirit will forever be a guiding light. As we honor her remarkable life, we are reminded of the profound impact one life well-lived can have on the world. Laura Marie Rednour Sanders will be profoundly missed, yet her enduring influence will resonate for generations to come.

 

There will be a visitation on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Vincennes First Baptist Church, 2625 Wabash Ave Vincennes, IN 47591, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 11 A.M.  Also at the church with Pastor Mike Flynn officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
