A police pursuit in Washington early this morning ended in a crash at a local car dealership and the arrest of a juvenile. Around 2 a.m., officers attempted a traffic stop near NW 8th and Main Streets when the driver fled. The chase continued through city streets before the suspect’s vehicle struck parked cars at Lovett Car Sales on State Road 57 and Center Street. Several passengers fled on foot, but officers detained one juvenile, identified as the driver, and transported him to the police station. No injuries were reported, though multiple vehicles were damaged. The case remains under investigation.
