Siebert’s Clothing, a family-owned downtown Jasper business, has been recognized with the Governor’s Century Business Award after serving the community for 103 years. The store, founded in 1922 by Wilbur Siebert and now owned by Jim and Jane Siebert, has remained in the family for four generations. Also honored with a Half Century Award was Town & Country Hardware in Chrisney, celebrating more than 50 years of service. The Governor’s Century and Half Century Awards recognize Indiana businesses that have operated for 100 or 50 years while making lasting contributions to their communities.
