East Fork Water has issued a boil order for customers living south of Highway 231 and in the Rutherford area following a service interruption. Residents are advised to boil water for at least three minutes before using it for drinking, brushing teeth, cooking, or preparing food. Bottled water may be used as an alternative. The order is effective immediately and will remain in place for the next few days until further notice.
