The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth will host a half-day business workshop titled “Hiring for Purpose, Build for Growth” on Monday, December 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Bowling Manufacturing Building, located at 99 W. Washington Street in Loogootee. The session, led by Brent Rasche, a Certified Business and Executive Coach with Focal Point, will focus on helping businesses improve their hiring strategies, workplace culture, and employee retention.
