The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth, in partnership with Hoosier Uplands, is seeking volunteers for an upcoming Poverty Simulation Activity on Friday, November 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is designed to give participants a hands-on look at the daily challenges faced by individuals and families living in poverty. Volunteers will play key roles by representing community resources and guiding participants through realistic scenarios that promote empathy and awareness of local economic hardships. Anyone interested in volunteering can contact Jessica Potts at jessica.potts@martinalliance.org or call 812-295-4800. More details are available at www.martinalliance.org
