Daviess Community Hospital will host a new holiday fundraiser next month to support the United Way of Daviess County. The “Handmade with Heart Fundraiser” is set for Friday, December 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the main lobby of DCH. The event will feature locally made gifts, baked goods, décor, and handcrafted items created by community vendors and hospital staff. All proceeds from vendor table fees will go directly to the United Way to help fund programs supporting education, health, and financial stability across Daviess County. Vendors can reserve a table for $50, with all fees donated. Applications are due by Friday, November 28, at 3 p.m., and space is limited. The event is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to stop by, shop local, and support area artisans and the United Way’s mission.
