Indiana State Police arrested a Montgomery man Monday night following a traffic stop in Knox County. Troopers say 45-year-old Robert Alan Dolkey was pulled over on Bicknell Road near Coal Road after flashing his high beams at a state police vehicle. Officers reported smelling burnt cannabis and observing signs of impairment. A small amount of marijuana was located, and Dolkey failed field sobriety tests. Toxicology results are pending. Police also reported that during booking at the Knox County Jail, a small amount of suspected methamphetamine was discovered hidden in his sock. Dolkey faces multiple charges, including trafficking with an inmate, obstruction of justice, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and operating while intoxicated.
