The City of Washington is back to normal operations today. However, once again there will be no trash pick up
In Daviess County, all non-essential offices are again closed for today. The Daviess County Courthouse will again be closed for the day. The Daviess County Landfill & Recycling Facility will be closed. This also includes the Commissioners meeting.
The Daviess County YMCA will be closed again today.
All Daviess County Schools are again closed for the day. Barr Reeve will have an asynchronous e-learning day.
Washington and Washington Catholic will be e-learning
North Daviess will have a true snow day with no e-learning
Pike County Schools are closed
Loogootee and Shoals will be e-learning
Vincennes will be e-learning
North Knox e-learning
South Knox snow day – NO e-learning
Ride Solution will not be operating on Tuesday. The Washington City Bus will run from 9 am to 3 pm.
All MasterBrand Dubois County facilities will operate on a 2-hour delay for the first shift today. Call the weather hotline for any additional updates.
In Martin County, the Travel Advisory Warning continues today. Travel is restricted to emergency and essential travel only again today.
Knox County also remains in a Red advisory, meaning only essential and emergency vehicles should be on the roads today.
Daviess Community Hospital announced that all clinics in Washington, Odon, Montgomery, and Loogootee will reopen Tuesday, January 27, and operate under normal business hours.
Good Samaritan Hospital will return to normal operations on Tuesday, January 27, with all hospital services and clinics open during regular hours and scheduled appointments moving forward as planned. Patients whose appointments were canceled on Monday due to the winter weather will be contacted to reschedule.
In sports, all Loogootee events for today are again cancelled including tonight’s girls basketball game with North Knox
All Barr Reeve games and practices have been cancelled for tonight including the girls game with Eastern Greene
