Members of the Indiana House of Representatives recently honored retiring State Rep. Shane Lindauer for nine years of service representing House District 63. Lindauer was appointed to the House in 2017 and previously served on the Dubois County Council. During his time at the Statehouse, he chaired the House Natural Resources Committee and served on the Roads and Transportation Committee, while also working on legislation supporting small businesses and pandemic recovery efforts. In 2024, he received the Guardian of Small Business Award from the National Federation of Independent Business. House Speaker Todd Huston praised Lindauer’s dedication to serving families, veterans, and small businesses across Dubois, Daviess, Martin, and Pike counties. Lindauer, who operates a chiropractic practice in Jasper, said he looks forward to spending more time with his family while continuing to serve his community.
