The Daviess County Rural Water System will begin its annual spring flushing process this week. Flushing is scheduled to start Monday, March 30, and will continue until all areas have been completed. Crews will begin in the south area at Bussard Road and work south, while work in the north area will begin at County Road 100 North and move north. Officials say customers may experience low water pressure during flushing, and some may notice temporary discoloration in their water afterward. Residents with questions are encouraged to contact the water system office at 812-254-4526.
