The postmarked date on each Form 11 begins a 45-day window for property owners to appeal their assessed value for the 2026 pay 2027 tax year. The assessed value reflects an estimate of what a property would likely sell for on the open market. Under Indiana law, properties are assessed at 100 percent of market value.
